★ Check filters

★ Ensure drain line is clear

★ Check thermostat

★ Check evaporator coil for cleanliness

★ Tighten all electrical connections

★ Check condenser coil (clean if necessary)

★ Check voltage & amperage to capacitor / motors

★ Check superheat & subcooling

★ Check blower & blower wheel for cleanliness

★ Check contact points on contactor

★ Check refrigerant charge / possible leaks

★ Check temperature differential (supply & return air)

★ Check defrost cycle & reversing valve

★ Ensure electrical breakers are sound

★ Inspect crossover duct & supply boots

10 POINT INSPECTION - FALL

★ Check filters

★ Check thermostat

★ Tighten & check all electrical connections ★ Test all elements for proper
     engaging & shutting down

★ Check superheat & subcooling

★ Check blower & blower wheel for cleanliness

★ Check safety controls (switches, limits, etc.)

★ Check temperature differential (supply & return air)

★ Check flue & heat exchanger & gas connections

★ Inspect crossover duct & supply boots
