Our Story

Two brothers, Ben and Newell O’Daniel, established a heating and air conditioning company in 1973. In the beginning there was one objective, to provide quality service and installation of heating and air conditioning for the manufactured housing industry. Since Newell’s retirement in 1981, Northgate Parts, Inc. emerged and has continued providing the same commitment of excellence in the installation of HVAC equipment.

INCREDIBLE! If you're needing service on your RV, look no further than Northgate. My wife and I needed to get a fresh water tank and some body work on our Airstream. The team got us an amazing price and did amazing work. Harvey and his crew truly understand the meaning of STELLAR SERVICE.
