About Northgate Parts

Two brothers, Ben and Newell O’Daniel, established a heating and air conditioning company in 1973. In the beginning there was one objective, to provide quality service and installation of heating and air conditioning for the manufactured housing industry.

Our History

Today, Northgate Parts, Inc. has established itself as one of the premier heating and air contractors for the manufactured housing industry in the southeast. From 4 employees in 1981 to over 25 employees presently at 2 locations, Northgate Parts, Inc. will continue to maintain its reputation as being a specialist in the manufactured housing HVAC industry.

Northgate Parts offers a full line of parts and supplies for the Manufactured Housing and Recreational Vehicle (RV), industry. We sell and install Intertherm HVAC products. Northgate Parts sells products and supplies to corporate sales centers, independently owned sales centers, contractors, park owners, and community land owners. Whether retail or wholesale, we have always provided excellent customer service, pricing and installation.
