Two brothers, Ben and Newell O’Daniel, founded a heating and air conditioning company in 1973 with a clear purpose in mind. From the very beginning, their focus was on delivering quality service along with reliable installation of heating and air conditioning systems specifically for the manufactured housing industry. What started as a straightforward mission quickly became the foundation for a company built on workmanship, dedication, and a commitment to meeting the unique needs of their customers.

Our History

Today, Northgate Parts, Inc. has grown into one of the premier heating and air contractors serving the manufactured housing industry throughout the Southeast. What began with just four employees in 1981 has steadily developed into a strong team of more than 25 professionals operating across two locations. Through this growth, Northgate Parts, Inc. has remained committed to delivering dependable expertise and dedicated service, and will continue to uphold its long-standing reputation as a trusted specialist in manufactured housing HVAC solutions.

Northgate Parts offers a full line of parts and supplies for the Manufactured Housing and Recreational Vehicle (RV) industry, providing customers with reliable products for a wide range of needs. We sell and install Intertherm HVAC products. Northgate Parts supplies products to corporate sales centers, independently owned sales centers, contractors, park owners, and community land owners.
