Our Story

Two brothers, Ben and Newell O’Daniel, established a heating and air conditioning company in 1973. In the beginning there was one objective, to provide quality service and installation of heating and air conditioning for the manufactured housing industry. Since Newell’s retirement in 1981, Northgate Parts, Inc. emerged and has continued providing the same commitment of excellence in the installation of HVAC equipment.
